It began as a wish to build something beautiful and enduring--where food is made with care and craft, art lives on the walls, and people come together inside a historic home shaped by time. 

That original vision guides us today. Our menu changes often. Not to surprise — but to respond. Equal part seasons, tradition and innovation, and always our steady devotion to craft.
